Moordown Community Lunch
Alan Rice and his colleagues at Alan Rice & Tapper Funeral Service are pleased to announce the details for their sponsored lunch for local widows and widowers.
Picking up on the recent experience of their colleagues, these informal buffet lunches held in convenient locations, have proved to be invaluable to many bereaved folk who have found new friendships and a sense of kindred spirit.
The lunch will be held at Moordown Conservative Club, Wimborne Road (parking available) on Wednesday 25th January 2012 from 12.45pm. The lunch is free of charge to anyone who has lost their spouse/partner in the previous two years.
Alan commented ‘January can be a hard time of year at the best of times but even more so for those who are bereaved. Hopefully an event such as this can bring a little cheer into the spirits.’
